We are looking for a skilled Indian Cook (Odia Cuisine) to join our team in Bhubaneswar, Puri & Bangalore. As an Indian Cook (Odia Cuisine), you will be responsible for preparing delicious Indian dishes (Odia Dishes) according to traditional recipes and standards. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 6 years of experience in Indian/ Odia cooking, be passionate about food, and have a deep understanding of Indian (Odia) cuisine.

Qualifications and Skills
*2 to 6 years of experience in Indian (Odia) cooking
*Passion for food and a deep understanding of Indian (Odia) cuisine
*Knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients used in Indian (Odia) cuisine
*Excellent culinary skills and ability to follow recipes accurately
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*Effective communication and teamwork abilities
*Certification or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities
*Prepare and cook authentic Indian (Odia) dishes according to traditional recipes and standards
*Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation
*Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
*Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
*Order and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
*Manage portion control and minimize waste
*Assist in developing new menu items and recipes
*Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
*Stay up-to-date with current food trends and techniques
